Hi, I'm Rosie

I like explaining my approach as "comfy counselling", because I think that feeling comfy enough to be yourself in your counselling sessions is hugely important.

Throughout my life, I've sought support for my mental health and wellbeing, and I've experienced anxiety, depression and other bumps in the road that have felt impossible. I'm glad to be able to genuinely relate with clients who are going through the same things, and know that there's plenty of hope for them, even if they can't feel it right now.

When I'm not working, I can be found gardening, telling my cat he's handsome (you might see him wandering past during your sessions!), or working on a crochet project that's probably gone a bit wonky. I love being outdoors, reading stories and discovering more about myself through tarot meditation. I'm a homebird at heart, and love a cosy night in.

FAQs

Where are the sessions?
I currently offer remote sessions. I think they're great; you don't need to travel, you can be in your safest, comfiest space, and even grab a cup of tea before you sit down. I'll send you a secure link to your session, and all you have to do is click to join.

How much does counselling cost?

Sessions are £60 per session. Payment is made in advance, and you can either pay for one session at a time, or pay for a block of sessions at once, if that's easier:

4 session block - £240

6 session block - £360

When can I have counselling?

Times vary depending on how much availability I have, so please get in touch to ask. I try to be flexible, offering both early morning and evening sessions.

What is counselling for?

Counselling is an incredibly useful way to talk through what’s happening for you, in a safe environment, with a trained professional.

Making sense of how you feel, and knowing how to move forward, can be really difficult to do alone. Counselling offers a chance for you to connect to your feelings, tell your story and better understand yourself. By drawing on my training and experience, I can help guide you through the process of therapy.
